We are implementing our homestead plan around the constraints inherent in living a more sustainable life, especially regarding energy use in transportation and food production and consumption. We’re seeking like-minded folks to help with the project and learn with us. Experience in close community living, skillful communication, and an ability to perform intense physical labor are beneficial qualities for this arrangement, though not absolutely required! All of the terms may be negotiable. There is a possibility of continuing to live here long term as a tenant in a house-sharing arrangement paying very reasonable rent.
